This is where to come when something is unclear or not behaving the way you expect. The rest of the Help Center walks you through each task in detail; the three articles here are the quick reference you reach for in the moment — a fast answer, a fix, or the meaning of a word.
Start with your role. A great many questions — "why can't I see this button?", "where did that section go?" — come down to what your role allows. WAQAF hides what your role cannot reach and the server enforces it, so a control you cannot see is usually working as intended, not broken. See Members & roles.

A good rule of thumb: try the FAQ first for a quick "how do I…?", reach for Troubleshooting when something will not save, send, or appear, and open the Glossary whenever a term on screen is unfamiliar.
This is a real-money platform, so the help is precise. Amounts are in Omani rials to three decimals (for example 200.000), and the ledger is never edited or deleted — a mistake is put right with a reversing entry that leaves an honest trail.
