Account & security
Manage your own personal account — your profile, sign-in security, and the notifications WAQAF sends you.
This section is about your account — the personal sign-in you use to reach WAQAF, separate from your organisation's settings. Here you look after the details that belong to you alone: your name and photo, the language you read the dashboard in, how you sign in (your password, passkeys and two-factor verification), and which notifications WAQAF sends you. Changing anything here affects only your own login, never your colleagues' and never the charity's shared records.
Your organisation's settings — its logo, letterhead, members, finance configuration and so on — live elsewhere and are covered under Your organisation and Members & roles.
Who can do this. Everyone. Your account settings belong to you, so no special role is needed — every signed-in person can manage their own profile, security and notifications. (What you can do inside the charity's records still depends on the role(s) you were given; see Members & roles.)
Where to find it. Open the user menu — your name and photo, usually at the bottom of the sidebar — and choose Account settings. You'll land on your personal settings, with tabs across the top for General, Security, Notifications and Billing.
